Aquilla’s orders normally ship within 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed. In some cases, during special promotions, ship times can be longer. It is our goal to ship orders as quickly as possible. Your package will arrive via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Click the button below to track your order.
Track order
You can track your order online at any time. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a link to shipping and tracking information. Items may be arriving in separate packages, but we’ll email you each time one ships. We’ll also notify you of any delays if an issue arises with your order.
All packages ship for free with standard shipping for all domestic orders.

It is our goal to ship your order as quickly as possible. We begin processing your order immediately after it has been placed. We are only able to cancel an order within 30 minutes of the order being placed.
If your order is cancelled, we’ll notify you via email. Reasons for cancellations may include any one of the following:
The payment method you provided was declined.
The item ran out of stock before your order was processed. Items added to your bag are not reserved until you proceed to checkout. This means someone else may reserve the remaining quantity of an item before you have finished shopping.
We also reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason.

During checkout, you can add a free message to your gift order. We will print your personal message on the gift receipt and include it in your shipment. Gift messages are limited to 140 characters.
Unfortunately, there may be instances where you are not satisfied with your purchase. To resolve any issue, you must contact customer service at support@byaquilla.com if you wish to return an order or item(s), otherwise, a refund will not be issued.
