Return Policy:
- Aquilla offers refunds for items found to be defective (not damaged during Shipping)
- If you are not satisfied with items you received, you must send back items within 30 days of receiving all your items.
- Items must be in their original condition and accompanied by the original Aquilla packing slip.
- Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
- We cannot accept a return after you have used it due to hygienic concerns.
- If the buyer is unsatisfied for any personal reason(s), refund will be allowed once the item is returned at buyer’s expense.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable.

You must contact customer service at support@byaquilla.com if you wish to return an order or item(s), otherwise, a refund will not be issued. The returned parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us, therefore, please remember to ask for proof of postage in case it goes missing. It takes 10-14 business days to process all returns. Please note, it may take 3-10 business days for your return to arrive at our returns facility before it can be processed. The refunded amount will be credited back by using the original payment method. Upon processing your return, you will receive an email confirming we have issued your refund. It can take an additional 3-5 business days for your refund to post depending on your financial institution.
- Orders are processed Monday- Saturday (excluding holidays.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will start processing the next business day.
- The estimated shipping time frame given includes order processing time
- Delivery timeframes provided are for standard business days (M-F), but may occasionally be delivered earlier on the weekends.
- If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We will send you individual tracking emails to keep you updated.
- The estimated delivery date provided at checkout is based on your delivery address and the shipping method chosen
- We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible
- If shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, we highly suggest sending your order to a physical address instead of a PO Box, as deliveries can be delayed
